The reason for an account suspension is always shown on the ban page. If you believe you have been wrongfully banned, you can let us know and we will reanalyze your case. However, this doesn't mean or guarantee that you will be unbanned.
Asking friends and teammates to also Contact us in relation to an account suspension will only increase our response time and decrease the chances that the outcome will be favorably solved. Each case is individually treated only with the affected player.
