10. How long does it take to receive my purchase?

If you have bought through Facebook, you will receive your purchase instantly. 

If you have bought an item through PayU, there can be a short delay in delivering the goods. 

This happens for several reasons:  

• PayU needs to make extra security checks that can lead to a 10-30 minutes delay; 
• If the delay is longer than that, it means that PayU needs to confirm your identity, in which case they will send you a request for more information directly on your email address; until you will offer them the necessary info, your transaction will not be completed;
• If you want to hurry up the process or get more information about your purchase, please contact us at Support and provide your payment confirmation/invoice.
