13. I bought a Gold package, but I didn't get the Double Influence. Why?

The Double Influence offer is triggered only when the Manager of your Club adds Speech Points in any match within 48 hours before you make the payment. You can buy it with any package and it is active for 72 hours.

If your Club manager added Speech Points in a match but you did not really receive the Double Influence, please send us a ticket to let us know, along with the proof of your payment and we will check
